John A Kuri, Managing Member, Elixir 3D, LLC.

As the founder of Elixir, John has broad career experience in all aspects of entertainment management. He began at Walt Disney Productions where his work encompassed all areas of the company, from theme park operations, management, and design, onto motion picture and television production. As a writer/producer/director of film and television, among his many titles John produced the classic Louis L’Amour western, Conagher, starring Sam Elliott and Katharine Ross, for which the National Cowboy Hall of Fame awarded him their Western Heritage Award. Emmy nominated, he has produced several of his original screenplays. His filmography includes over 30 titles. He is a voting member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, a member of the Directors Guild of America, Writers Guild of America, and Art Directors Guild.

As the CEO of Sheffield Entertainment, Inc. John guided the company’s successful bid with the FCC to acquire the broadcast license for KCMY, TV, a full power television broadcaster in the 19th largest TV market in the country, Sacramento.  John developed the station master plan, secured the financing commitment from GE Capital for the build out, and negotiated the affiliate relationship to Telemundo. KCMY went on to operate as a part of the Paxton Communications network.

The author of four books, John’s historical novel Cheyenne Rising Sun arrived in bookstores in September 2004 and rose to #1 on best seller lists in many cities. His next novel, Takin’ It Back, released in 2006 at Book Expo America in NYC, is endorsed by Shaquille O’Neal, the National Police Activities League, the NBA, Bill Walton, then LAPD Chief William J. Bratton, and others.

John is a Senior Fellow with the Culture of Lawfulness Project for the National Strategy Information Center, an education/ research foundation funded in part by the U.S. Dept. of State, USAID, Georgetown University’s Center for Democracy & Civil Society, and partnering countries.  As an entertainment professional he is a regular guest lecturer at Southern California Colleges and a frequent juror for the Newport Beach Film Festival.

A military school graduate, John won the Randolf Hearst Long Rifle Marksmanship National Championship for Army Navy Academy. He is a licensed commercial multi-engine pilot, and a jazz guitarist who occasionally plays Los Angeles venues and currently leads his sextet, Elixir and Friends.


Scott P. Jeffreys, Chief Financial Advisor

Scott joined Elixir 3D™ with over 30 years of financial, accounting and operations management experience primarily in International media companies and family owned or controlled businesses.

Prior to joining Elixir 3D™ Scott was Director of Finance for WB Resorts Development, having provided overall financial management to the developers of a 401-room hotel and indoor water park scheduled for construction in Wildwood, New Jersey. He was Chief Operating Officer of Presidium Group of Companies based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He was responsible for the company’s accounting and administrative functions along with the Family Office Division.

Primarily working in New York City during his career his roles have included Chief Financial Officer, VP Finance and Operation and Director of Finance and Planning with companies such as The Princeton Review, Scholastic Corporation, HarperCollins Publishers, Simon and Schuster, CBS and McGraw-Hill. In addition, he has done private financial consulting for a range of clients including British Broadcasting, a regional Law firm, an international distribution company and a well known regional restaurant chain. Scott is known for his attention to detail, leadership skills and as a team player with a customer needs, results driven focus on business.

In addition to Scott’s expertise in accounting, financial reporting and cash-flow management, his experience includes financial analysis, budget development, short and long range planning, profit / productivity enhancement programs, business process improvement, acquisition analysis and business integration.

As a financial manager, Scott worked with the Division CEO and managers in sales, marketing, operations, manufacturing and distribution to construct financial plans, measure/ report on performance and to revise goals and objectives to meet the needs of the business.


William Douglas Kruse, Executive in Charge of Operations

Douglas manages the content development and production for the myriad of media venues that have Elixir 3D™ networks. Overseeing logistics his department is responsible for the coordination of the placement of the autostereoscopic monitors, as well as the developing, budgeting, management and completion of physical requirements for both hardware and content production.

After an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corp. Douglas’ professional career began at the Triad Corporation in Glendale, CA, as Divisional Sales Trainer. He was quickly promoted to Divisional Sales Manager. Upon leaving Triad he joined the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department as a Deputy Sheriff and soon after was transferred to the Sheriff’s Training Academy as an instructor. There he initiated, wrote, produced, and directed a host of Officer Survival Training Films for which he received numerous awards, in particular the Golden Eagle and Golden Cine Award for outstanding film making. In the entertainment industry Douglas managed numerous productions / television series including the NBC hit Hunter starring former NFL great Fred Dryer. He worked with legendary producers such as Stephen J Cannell and Stephen Bochco on numerous successful programs.  

Douglas then joined Sheffield Entertainment Corporation as their Vice President of Production.  During his tenure at Sheffield he supervised the breakdown, budgeting, and scheduling of all production and was actively involved in the business planning for Sheffield’s acquisition of television station KCMY, Sacramento.  Most recently, Douglas was the CEO for Pacifica Media Entertainment, Inc. associated with Pacifica Media Affiliates, Inc., where he oversaw their acquisition of the Culver Studios, one of the largest independent studio lots servicing the Hollywood film and television industry.

Leonard Chaikind

Financial Specialist / Board member Elixir 3D, LLC. and Elixir Entertainment, inc.

Mr. Chaikind served as the Administrator of the $12 plus billion dollars Shell Savings and Retirement Programs with responsibility for both the investment and administration of four major funds. About 50% of these funds were managed internally under the guidance of Mr. Chaikind and his staff with the rest being outsourced to various investment managers and consulting groups. He also served as an active member of both the NYSE Institutional Investors Advisory Committee and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission Advisory Board (the CFTC is to the futures and derivatives industry what the SEC is to securities industry).

Since his retirement from Shell, Mr. Chaikind has stayed very active in the whole area of tax-exempt funds (including health care, pension reform, social security reform) and still maintains a strong presence in Washington, DC.  

Prior to 1985, Mr. Chaikind worked in the Treasurer’s Department of Shell Oil on a wide variety of projects. From 1977 to 1981, Mr. Chaikind served as the Regional Treasurer for Royal Dutch Shell’s operations in the Far East and Australasia working out of Shell’s head office in London. In this capacity, Mr. Chaikind was responsible for financing well over $30 billion dollars in both corporate and major project activities throughout this region.

Dale Petroskey

Communications Specialist / Board of Directors

Dale has an impressive career in all three sectors -- public, private, and non-profit -- at The White House, National Geographic, The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum, and the Texas Rangers Baseball Club.

Dale has held leadership positions for 30 years -- CEO, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff, Assistant Secretary. He has a national network of influential friends in the realms of public policy, diplomacy, scientific research, journalism, sports, and business, and enjoys helping them and calling on them for help when needed.

During his career he has reported to the most senior executives in each organization, and motivates his personal staffs to improve revenues, operations, customer service, and outreach through personal vision and energy.

His political experience and intuition has helped him build broad and mutually beneficial relationships with a wide array of key stakeholders. Considered an excellent writer and public speaker, has been invited twice to speak at the National Press Club in Washington, DC, as well as numerous other distinguished venues.


Eric A. Westin

Project Management Specialist / Board member Elixir 3D, LLC. and Elixir Entertainment, Inc.

In 2003, Eric’s extensive production, operation, design and project development experience both in the United States and abroad made him the choice to join the Coca-Cola Company to lead the creation of the new World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta, Georgia. As the Managing Director, Eric guided the design and development of this $110 million attraction that celebrates the history of Coca-Cola.

In 1994, as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Gaylord Entertainment’s Development Group, Eric managed and directed the design, development and construction of Nashville projects for this entertainment / hotel company. These projects included the $210 million expansion of the Opryland Hotel, which opened in 1996 and at the time made it the largest combined hotel/convention center under one roof anywhere. Westin is also credited with the concept and implementation of Opry Mills, a $230 million partnership with Gaylord and The Mills Corporation of Arlington, Virginia. This 1.2 million square foot entertainment / retail shopping experience opened in May 2000.

In 1987, he rejoined Walt Disney Imagineering as Vice President and General Manager of the Creative Group for the development Disneyland Paris theme park. In 1992 Eric returned from France to Walt Disney Imagineering in Glendale, California, where he served as Vice President of Participant Services managing creative support for Disney Strategic Alliances worldwide.

In 1980, Westin joined Skywalker Development Company, a division of Lucasfilm Ltd., as Vice President and General Manager. He was responsible for the overall planning, design, development, construction and start-up of operations of Skywalker Ranch, filmmaker George Lucas’ film production and digital sound facility in northern California.

Westin began his career at Disneyland in California while still in college. After college, he served as a supervisor in operations, maintenance and entertainment before joining Walt Disney Imagineering to work on the design, development and construction of the Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida. During the 1970’s, his various management positions at Imagineering included production, administration and design. He was involved with the development of both EPCOT at Walt Disney World and Tokyo Disneyland as Director of Production.

Willie Davis

Professional Football Legend / Entrepreneur / Advisory Board of Directors

Widely considered to be one of the best defensive ends to ever play professional football, Mr. Davis is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and helped lead Coach Vince Lombardi’s Green Bay Packers to five championships. He earned All-Pro honors five times and is the Green Bay Packer’s all-time leader in sacks with over 120 in ten years, with 25 alone in one season. He played in 138 consecutive regular-season games for the Packers. Mr. Davis continues to serve on the Green Bay Packers Board of Directors.

A native of Texarkana and a graduate of Grambling State, he continued on to earn an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 1968. Mr. Davis' success continued well after his football career ended. An accomplished entrepreneur in both the beverage and radio industries, he has also served as a director for several top international companies including Dow Chemical, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, MGM Mirage, K-Mart, Schlitz Brewing, and Sara Lee.

Mr. Davis is President of All-Pro Broadcasting, operators of five radio stations.


Thomas L. Goff

Financial Associate / Executive Consultant / Advisory Board of Directors

Tom has over 30 years experience in Consulting, Construction Management, Systems Development, Program Management on both private and governmental projects worldwide. He has provisioned funding for several ventures using traditional and alternative investment strategies including the provisioning of funding for Elixir 3D, LLC., He has designed, developed and operated Planning and Control Systems for construction, construction management, and large financial portfolios. One of his projects won an award for Best US Army Corp of Engineer Project of the Year.

Tom was co-founder of an innovative transportation company working over a decade on the Personal Rapid Transit technology in the promotion of a private mass transit project at SeaTac, Washington. Was Founder, President, COB and CEO of G2 Inc., a software company which develops and markets construction, mining and manufacturing cost estimating and project management software. Clients included: NASA, GE, Brown and Root, and many more. He previously held management positions involving Proposal Support, Project Control, Program Management and Management of Engineering Systems at Morrison Knudsen Engineering and Construction Company, Inc.

Tom worked for Morrison Knudsen Saudi Arabia Consortium as Manager of Program Control on an $8.6 billion project. Tom has a Bachelor of Science degree from Willamette University and has other specialized training from the DOD Defense Management College for Program Planning and Controls to be deployed on large complex defense projects.

With Elixir 3D, LLC Tom works very closely with CEO John Kuri in securing equity and debt capital as well as advising the company regarding the implementation of operational reporting data systems.



Jeffrey Kennedy

Technology Consultant / Advisory Board of Directors

Jeffrey has over 20 years experience as a highly focused technical leader and collaborator with extensive experience in product management of critical technical computing projects. Proven ability to liaise with architects, developers, user communities and customers to advance product delivery. Possess expertise in performance measurement, communication tools, architecture review, data modeling and technical personnel management. Skills include harnessing cutting edge technologies, solution engineering, project tracking, instruction; superb written & presentation communication skills. Recognized as a dedicated, energetic, organized, personable and passionate team player with high integrity.


He was Director of Engineering with Oracle Corporation for over a decade. He has held highly technical positions in performance engineering, database architecture and user interface design. Oracle is an American multinational corporation, specializing in developing and marketing enterprise software products, particularly database management systems. The corporation has arguably become best-known due to association with its flagship Oracle database.


Jeffrey specializes in systems & database analysis, ITIL CMDB, development infrastructure, software lifecycle management, technical project & personnel management, performance engineering, customer escalations, user interface design, technical presentation, and instruction.



Jeffrey also serves on the board of Wildwood Conservation Foundation, a nature conservancy located in the northern California wilderness.





David Meltzer


Marketing Consultant / Advisory Board of Directors

David Meltzer is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Sports 1 Marketing, A Warren Moon Enterprise and oversees all day-to-day business operations at the firm. David is a proven corporate leader with extensive skills in all operational and sales aspects necessary to succeed in today’ s fast and ever-changing business environment. At Sports 1, David’ s sports & entertainment industry contacts are instrumental in exploiting our client’ s marketing and endorsement potential enabling him to secure lucrative and diverse business opportunities for all our clients which include endorsement deals, sponsorships, corporate equity ownership positions and more. David markets over 100 charitable events at the: Super Bowl, Pro-Bowl, BCS championship, ESPY’ s, Roberto Clemente Award and Tour and many more. Other projects he is working on now include: 360 Football Academy, Katin Pro Am, Pro Track Challenge, Burnt Kitchen (TV show), and Movies – The Roberto Clemente movie, The Magician: The Marlin Briscoe Story and Willie Mays movie, to name a few.

As CEO of Leigh Steinberg Sports & Entertainment, David, along with Leigh, and Warren Moon, negotiated over $2 Billion in sports and entertainment contracts. In addition to athlete representation, LSSE served as creative and technical consultants on movie and television projects such as: Jerry Maguire, Any Given Sunday, For The Love Of The Game, HBO’ s Arli$$.

In his over 15 years as a professional, David has managed processes and practices including the creation and implementation of strategies and tactics for beginning and scaling a business, recruitment and management, sponsorships, endorsements, go- to-market planning and execution. David is considered one of the pioneers within the ever-changing online and interactive business channel development. Throughout his career, David’ s efforts have resulted in high levels of success and growth within large, multi-national corporations such as, Westlaw, Thomson and Samsung, as well as small private and venture-funded start-ups.
